Techies tend to add lines of code everyday along with layers of fat to their body. Crash dieting is not a good way to lose the body fat in long run.
The solution is to eat all the food you love in right portions and exercise. Quinoa is very popular now days and combining it with Sushi does the magic. Those who love simple food then Plain “Quinoa Sushi” is good and the same can be topped with some extra toppings for those who love those extra flavors.
